Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery

After purchasing  a Fit Angel product (s) you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel.. The delivery will take up to 2-4 working days.

Return Policy

If  a customer would like to return and exchange the product for a different size, style or colour. How many days do they  have to ask for a return ?

3 days from date of delivery

What  are the conditions of the already purchased product that must be met:

  • Product isn’t used or damaged
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging (all the swing tags must still be attached)
  • Product must be clean

*If these conditions arent met, we can not exchange the product.

Who pays for shipping costs, in the case of a return?

The customer pays for the shipping costs, in the event of a return. We (Fit Angel) will cover the cost for sending the exchanged item back to the customer.
